The Association of Academic Health Sciences Library (AAHSL) Annual Meeting is held in conjunction with the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) Annual Meeting. While they are held in conjunction, the programs are completely separate this year. The AAHSL Annual Meeting activities will take place on November 5–6 in Anaheim, CA.

Cancellations received by Wednesday, September 30, 2026, will be refunded, less a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Wednesday, September 30, 2026. AAHSL has established an Event Code of Conduct to serve as a guideline for the professional conduct of anyone attending or participating in an AAHSL Event, as well as the consequences for unacceptable behavior. We expect you to follow this Code so that you and other participants can enjoy the Event responsibly and with respect for the rights of others.
Knowingly, and at my own risk, I am participating in the AAHSL 2026 Annual Meeting. I do hereby waive and release any and all claims against AAHSL (Association of Academic Health Sciences Libraries) and any employees, event contractors, volunteers, or officials of these organizations from any claim of injury (including death) that I may incur as a result of my participation in the event.
I further hereby certify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event. If, however, as a result of my participation in the AAHSL 2026 Annual Meeting, I require medical attention, I hereby give consent to authorize medical personnel to provide such medical care as deemed necessary, and all medical treatment is my financial responsibility.
