Annual Meeting Terms, Conditions, and Policies


The Association of Academic Health Sciences Library (AAHSL) Annual Meeting is held in conjunction with the 
Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) Annual Meeting. While they are held in conjunction, the programs are completely separate this year. The AAHSL Annual Meeting activities will take place on November 11 in Nashville, TN. 

Pre-Registration has closed. Onsite registration will be available on November 11 at the registration desk.

Additional Employees of AAHSL Member Institutions: $250/guest
Non-Members: $350
Students: $25


Annual Meeting Terms, Conditions, and Policies

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by Monday, October 3, 2022 will be refunded, less a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Monday, October 3, 2022. Substitutions can be made at any time. If you have any questions, please contact the office at [email protected].

AAHSL Code of Conduct

AAHSL has established an Event Code of Conduct to serve as a guideline for the professional conduct of anyone attending or participating in an AAHSL Event, as well as the consequences for unacceptable behavior. We expect you to follow this Code so that you and other participants can enjoy the Event responsibly and with respect for the rights of others

Health and Safety

AAHSL will adhere to recommendations set forth by the CDC, as well as state/local/venue requirements, whichever is more strict, at the time of the event. AAHSL reserves the right to make safety-related changes as we get closer to the event. AAHSL may require attendees to certify that they are fully vaccinated as defined by the CDC guidelines, or attendees may be asked to produce a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours, or attendees may be asked to produce documentation of recovery from COVID-19, in line with CDC guidelines at the time, in order to attend in-person conference.

Additionally, you will be asked to attest to your health status onsite, prior to participating in the event. If you are not willing to complete this health questionnaire or your responses indicate that you may be at risk for spreading the virus, AAHSL reserves the right to determine your eligibility for a refund.

If you are planning on attending AAMC, please reserve your hotel stay through an AAMC hotel. The AAHSL hotel block is specifically for those AAHSL attendees who cannot get in to an AAMC hotel.
