Web Refresh Task Force - Charge


The Web Refresh Task Force will review the current Association website content and make recommendations for updates. The recommendations and implementation need to be completed before the end of the Association’s fiscal year, September 30, 2024.  

Areas for the Task Force to consider include the following:

  • Highlighting our calendar of events
  • Reviewing content behind the Member login page for consideration for our public website
  • Updating the Quick Links
  • Highlighting Committees
  • Determining display and archival policy for committee reports and other documents

For this funding cycle, the changes made need to be within the current templates. The Board would like to the Task Force to communicate recommendations that fall outside the scope of the current funding for future consideration.


The Task Force will be composed of two to three members from AAHSL member libraries and an AAHSL Board Liaison. AAHSL HQ will provide meeting and logistical support with their MarComm colleagues at SBI to implement the changes.
