Please join Dr. Kawanna Bright for this important workshop presented to the membership of the Association of Academic Health Sciences Libraries (AAHSL). The workshop will focus on recruitment and retention of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), specifically what AAHSL leaders can do to address issues with recruitment and retention of BIPOC employees in their organizations
and how to implement inclusivity and belonging practices in the workplace. Within the workshop, participants will learn more about the issues that negatively impact recruitment and retention of BIPOC employees and actions that can be taken to address those issues.
